Policies
Payment plan
- Deposits will be done through Venmo, Cash app, or Zelle
- Session payments are preferred in cash but can also take Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle if cash isn’t doable
Deposit
- 20% of the session as a deposit fee (this is a part of the session price)
- After the shoot, that amount will be subtracted from the total session price
- Non-Refundable
Late policy
- Clients who are 15 minutes late to the shoot will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded
- Your start time is your start time, so if you’re 10 minutes late, you will only have 50 minutes left of your hour session.
Rescheduling
* I am a full-time student working a part-time job*
- Can be done, but if rescheduling after the prior shoot, will have to wait till the work schedule is released to be scheduled
- If weather conditions are unsafe or would negatively impact the results, I will reschedule the session at no additional cost.
- Weather reschedules do not count as client reschedules
Cancellation
- Cancellations made within 10 days of the session will forfeit the deposit
- No-Call / No-Show results in full session balance owed
Turnaround Time
- Should receive gallery within 1-2 weeks unless discussed beforehand
Travel
- I am willing to travel, but will charge per mile
- Will be discussed prior to booking
Session add-ons
- $15 for an additional outfit
- $20 for additional location
- $15 for an extra 30 minutes
Editing and retouching policy
- I do not edit anyone's body or modify natural things such as birthmarks
- I can remove cuts, scrapes, and or bruises upon request
- I will not share RAW images
Artistic/Photographic rights
- I have the right to cull through and pick the photos I feel fit from the session
- I work hard to perfect my style as a photographer, so no filters or other edits should be done to the photos after the delivery of the gallery.
Location and Reminders
- Reminder messages will be sent out 24 hours in advance
- This will include the Location and any details
Client preparation
- Clients are responsible for hair, makeup, outfits, and being photo-ready upon arrival.
- The photographer is not responsible for clothing wrinkles, visible bras, undone nails, or other styling issues once the session begins.
- Tips
- Think about clothing options that are comfortable and make you feel confident
- The fewer adjustments to clothes through sessions, the better
- As for hats and sunglasses, I prefer they aren't worn as they cast harsh shadows on faces.
